Accessibility statement
Effective 2026-10-24 · Vlightsoft
Everyone should be able to manage their career. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Keyboard access across the app, visible focus, and skip-friendly page structure.
- Labels on form fields, names on icon buttons, and announcements for status messages (screen readers).
- Text colours checked for contrast; motion reduced when your device asks for it.
- Pages that work at 320 px wide and at 200% zoom, and the camera guide speaks its instructions.
- Your choice of language, date format and time zone.
Known limitations
- Some charts and the Journey life path are visual; each has a list or table view with the same information.
- Video interviews depend on your browser's captions support; transcripts are available when everyone agrees to them.
- Some languages are only partly translated.
Tell us about a barrier
