Quick help

• Something isn't working — Use Feedback inside the app — it attaches the page you were on, so we can fix it faster.
• Account and sign-in — Reset your password from the sign-in page, or set one in Settings → Password.
• Your data — Download everything, or delete your account, in Settings → Your data.
• Billing and refunds — Plans, credits, invoices and refunds.
• Organisations and recruiters — Getting your organisation verified, adding your team, hiring.
• Report misuse — Fake jobs, fake profiles, harassment or scams — use the report option on the page, or email us.
