OC-Grade

Company grades

Graded on honest, anonymous reviews and on behaviour: do they reply to applicants, honour offers, decide quickly and show salary ranges? Grades with little data say so.

Top companies

No graded companies yet.

A company needs at least 3 reviews or hiring data points before it gets a letter. Read or write reviews →

Industry leaderboard

Industries get a grade once their companies have enough data.

How grades work

  • Reviews (55%): recent reviews count more (half-life 18 months); verified employees count 1.6×; bursts from brand-new accounts and extreme outliers are damped; few reviews are pulled toward the average.
  • Behaviour (45%): replies to applicants within 21 days, offers honoured, time to a decision, salary ranges shown, interview experience.
  • Missing data is left out — never guessed. Under 3 data points: “Not enough data”.
  • A+ ≥ 90 · A ≥ 82 · B+ ≥ 74 · B ≥ 66 · C+ ≥ 58 · C ≥ 50 · D below.
  • Companies can respond to reviews and dispute a behaviour record; a reviewer decides.
