How it works
- Write from your account email with what happened, links or screenshots, and what you'd like us to do.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
- Content that exposes someone's private information, impersonates someone or shows intimate images is removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint.
- You can also report content in the app with the report option, or through Support.
If you're not satisfied
You may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (for personal-data complaints in India), or to the data-protection authority where you live. Our privacy policy lists the main law for each country.
