Card and UPI payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle charges any GST/VAT and emails you the tax invoice for each payment.
Receipts
- Download a One-Career receipt for every payment from Credits (people) or Organisation → Billing (org admins).
- A receipt is proof of payment, not a tax invoice. For input tax credit use the Paddle invoice.
Direct sales
- Organisations that pay us directly (for example by bank transfer) get a GST tax invoice from One-Career with CGST+SGST or IGST shown, and a credit note for any refund.
Refunds
- See the Refunds page. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle.
