Settings → Privacy → What we keep lists every kind of data we hold about you and when it is removed.
Export
- Request an export of all your data; the download link lasts 24 hours.
Delete
- Deleting your account starts a 14-day cool-off during which you can cancel by signing in.
- After that your data is erased, except records we must keep by law (for example payment receipts for tax).
- Records you issued to others (as an employer or institution) stay with their owners.
Complaints
- Contact the Grievance Officer from the Grievance page; we respond within the time your country's law requires.
