Records are facts about your career: jobs, salaries, education, IDs and references. Each can be self-declared, evidence-backed or verified by the issuer.
Verification
- Employer verification: we email the employer's HR contact; they confirm without seeing anything else.
- Identity verification: you upload an ID image; reviewers decide and the image is deleted 30 days after the decision.
- Admins only ever see evidence files you attached to a request.
Who sees what
- Recruiters never see your documents or salary - only verified badges you choose to show.
- Bank and PF details are encrypted and only shown masked.
- Requests lists every verification asked of you and by you.
