Skills tracks what you know, with evidence. Readiness compares you to a target role and builds a plan.
- Grow → Exams has two exam types for every skill, at levels 1 (Beginner) to 4 (Expert): the Pro Certificate (normal marking, no negative marks) and the Precision Challenge (negative marking: a wrong answer costs marks, a skipped one costs nothing). A pass issues a certificate.
- Exams may be proctored (camera and screen). You are told before starting, and recordings follow the retention shown in What we keep.
- Certificates have a public verify link and QR code; some expire and can be renewed.
- Practice and Learn are free and never shared with employers unless you choose.
